PURPLE YAM POWDER MIXED is made of Philippine Grown Purple Yam added added with sugar and milk, has delicious creamy and swetness, no rancidity and no off taste & odor that classified as Premium & Export Quality.  Our PURPLE YAM FLOUR was processed naturally through oven drying and pulverizing.  

USAGE: Our PURPLE YAM POWDER MIXED is a pre-mixed and easy to cooked to make ube halaya deserts, spread, baked goods, cakes, pastries, shakes and beverages. Just boil water then add the Purple Yam Powder and stir for few 10 to 25 minutes depending of volume.
