EXPORT PRICE LISTS - MOQ, Terms & Conditions
BUDGETARY PRICE:
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Final pricing will be confirmed through a formal Quotation / Proposal / Proforma Invoice, with a 7-day price validity.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- 100% full payment advance is required for orders of 1 pallet.
- For orders of 2 pallets and above:
- 50% advance payment and 50% balance payable within 7 days before pick up/delivery.
- Local bank receiving charges are US$50 per remittance, whether partial or full payment.
- Payment for paid samples may be sent via Western Union to minimize bank charges (US$15 per remittance)
- Mode of Payment: Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
ESTIMATED LEAD TIME:
- 1 pallet: 3 weeks
- 2 pallet: 5 weeks
- 3-5 pallet: 7 weeks
- 6-10 pallet: 10 weeks
- If production is completed earlier, shipment will be dispatched immediately.
ORGANIC TRANSACTION CERTIFICATE (IF REQUIRED):
- JAS & USDA-NOP: US$250 (valid for up to 5 products)
- EU Organic: US$250 (valid for up to 5 products)
- Only 5 products are allowed per transaction certificate.
PRIVATE LABELING / OEM COSTS (including label printing & application):
- US$200 for 1,000 pcs
- US$350 for 2,000 pcs
- US$450 for 3,000 pcs
- Add 3% - 5% extra labels to cover possible damage during application.
- Excess labels may be used for the next order.
STICKER LABEL SPECIFICATIONS:
- Plastic & Glass Bottles/Jar:
- Standard size: 50mm (H) x 200m (W)
- Pouches:
- Standard size: 100mm (W) x 140mm (H) (one side only)
- Larger label sizes subject to an additional 35% charge
- Customers may supply their own printed labels:
- US$0.05 /pc. (automatic machine application)
- US%0.10 /pc. (manual application for oversized labels)
- Labels must be supplied in roll form with anti-clockwise rotation.
CUSTOM PRINTED POUCH PACKAGING
- Minimum Order: 1,000 pcs
- Excess pouches may be used for future orders
- Customers may supply their own packaging, provided specifications are met.
INCOTERMS & DELIVERY OPTIONS:
1. EX-WORKS (EXW) - Tiaong, Quezon
- Pickup form our factory (approx. 2.5 hours to Port of Manila)
- Customer's nominated shipping forwarder is responsible for:
- Cargo pickup
- Export Declaration (ED)
- Loading
- Pre-shipment inspection
- Origin charges
- Certificate of Origin (CO)
- Phytosanitary certification
- Insurance
2. DELIVERY TO METRO MANILA / PORT OF MANILA
- US$200 for 1-2 pallets (1.5 CBM/pallet)
- US$300 for 3 pallets
- US$75 per additional pallet
- Customer's shipping forwarder handles export documentation and related charges.
3. FOB - Port of Manila
- LCL Charges:
- US$475 for first CBM/pallet
- US$300 per succeeding CBM/pallet
- US$100 additional for sending original documents
- AAC Covers origin charges, export declaration, certificate of origin, and phytosanitary processing.
- Insurance is strongly recommended.
- Clients may use their own shipping forwarder if preferred.
4. CNF - Port of Destination
- Asia-Pacific:
- US$575 (1st CBM/pallet)
- US$325 (succeeding CBM/pallet)
- US, America, & Europe:
- US$725 (1st CBM/pallet)
- US$425 (succeeding CBM/pallet)
- CNF includes origin charges, export processing, certificate or origin, phytosanitary, and ocean freight only.
- Insurance is highly recommended.
- Clients may use their own forwarder or request our recommended shipping agents.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:
- For non-steel drum packaging, cartons must be clearly marked on the top and two side with: "TOP LOAD ONLY" and "PERISHABLE PRODUCTS"
- Provide photos and videos of the leak test procedure.
- Submit an official Leak Test Report conducted by QC/QA personnel.
- Request final container loading photos from the shipping agent for reference.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
ALL PRICES STATED ABOVE ARE ESTIMATED AND NEGOTIABLE. FINAL PRICING WILL BE CONFIRMED THROUGH A FORMAL QUOTATION.
PAID SAMPLE POLICY
Complimentary samples may be provided, limited to one (1) piece per product, subject to availability and offered only in the smallest available size.
Any additional samples beyond this allowance will be treated as paid samples and charge at a minimal cost. Shipping or courier fess shall be shouldered by the customer, either by providing a valid courier account number or by settling the courier
