DESCRIPTION: Andy Albao CocoWonder Certified Organic CASSAVA FLOUR has very light flavor aroma of cassava, has cream to off white color, no off taste & odor that classified as Premium & Export Quality. Our CASSAVA FLOUR has standard size of 0.8mm or 800 micron maximum. Other size are available upon request.
USAGES: CASSAVA FLOUR has a wide range of usages and applications such as Bread, Pie, Cake and among others. Its also use as bindng agent in baking when use Coconut Flour and other non sticky flour such as almond flour and the likes.
INGREDIENTS: Fresh Cassava Tuber.
- And has optional of adding 0.8 grams Sorbic Acid to prolong the shelf life and 50ppm Sulphite to maintain the white color which the contents are acceptable worldwide.
SHELF LIFE: Guaranteed for 12 Months shelf life, but tested for 16 Months as maximum. It need to stored at dry & clean area at room temperature.
