PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: ANDY ALBAO CORPORATION - CocoWonder® PURPLE YAM UBE EXTRACT LIQUID is concentrated liquid type, has natural taste and odor, nutty sweet with vanilla like aroma., no off taste aand odor which classified as Premium & Export Quality.        

USAGE: Primarily used as ingredients to give ube essence when making ube latte, ube drinks, shakes, puree, ice-cream, dessert, jam or spread, for baking of bread, cakes and among others. Just add ample amount depending of your preference.

PROCESS: Our PURPLE YAM UBE EXTRACT LIQUID is made of Philippine Grown Purple Yam Tuber that after cleaning and peeling then undergo naturally process to exract and concentration the natural ube color and essence then added with other ingredients.   

SHELF LIFE: Guaranteed shelf life of 12 months, with stability tested up to 18 months when stored in a clean area, dry place at room temperature.
