PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: ANDY ALBAO CORPORATION - CocoWonder® CERTIFIED ORGANIC CASSAVA FLOUR has a very light natural cassava taste and odor, a cream to off-white color, and no off-taste or odor, classified as Premium & Export Quality. Our CASSAVA FLOUR It is finely milled with a standard particle size of 0.8 mm (800 microns) maximum . Other mesh sizes are available upon request.
USAGE: CASSAVA FLOUR has a wide range of food applications including dessert, bread, pies, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods. It is also commonly used as a binding agent in gluten-free baking, especially when combined with coconut flour, almond flour, and other non-sticky flours.
