PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: CocoWonder® CACAO LIQUOR MASS PASTE is made from pure cacao and contains approximately 50% natural cacao butter (fat). It is solid at cool temperatures and becomes a smooth paste when gently heated. This product is unsweetened and delivers a strong, authentic chocolate flavor from pure cacao, with no burnt or rancid taste or odor. It is classified as Premium & Export Quality.  

USAGE: CACAO LIQUOR MASS PASTE is ideal for brewed chocolate drinks, baking cakes and pastries, chocolate candies, confectionary products, smoothies, and other cacao-based food and beverage applications.

PROCESS: Produced using Philippine-grown native cacao beans, naturally processed through hygienic indoor oven drying and not sun-dried, ensuring superior quality, safety, and flavor integrity.

SHELF LIFE: Guaranteed shelf life of 14 months, with stability tested up to 18 months when stored in a clean area, dry place at room temperature.
