INSTRUCTION HOW TO USE: 

  • UBE HOT LATTE - Just put of about 1 part of PURPLE YAM UBE POWDER PLAIN LATTE into ceramic bowl or glass, then add of about 2 to 3 parts of boiling water and stir to soften and to dissolve most of the powder. Then add hot milk and sweetener or other ingredients of your choice. Our PURPLE YAM UBE POWDER PLAIN LATTE has soft fine bits or particles due to its fiber content and natural texture of pure ube tuber. For much better texture result, 2 - 3 minutes quick cooking of PURPLE YAM UBE POWDER PLAIN LATTE then using blender is an option
  • UBE COLD LATTE: Just put of about 1 part of PURPLE YAM UBE POWDER PLAIN BEVERAGE into ceramic bowl or glass, then add of about 2 to 3 parts of boiling water and stir to soften and to dissolve most of the powder. Then add milk and sweetener or other ingredients of your choice and add crushed ice and mix. 4. FOR BAKING OF UBE BREAD OR UBE PANCAKE = Our PURPLE YAM UBE POWDER PLAIN BEVERAGE OR DESSERT can directly mix with other flour that subject for oven baking and cooking in pan like Pan Cake.  

5. FOR UBE DESSERT, HALAYA, JAM/SPREAD, BUN FILLING & UBE PORRIDGE = Just boil about 3 part of water and add 1 part PURPLE YAM UBE POWDER PLAIN DESSERT with your other ingredients that need to cook and stir for about 5 minutes or until become soft paste or texture preference. You can also cooked the PURPLE YAM UBE POWDER PLAIN DESSERT first then mix with your other instant ingredients.

6. FOR UBE PORRIDGE = Just boil about 4 part of water and add 1 part of PURPLE YAM UBE POWDER PLAIN DESSERT with your other ingredients and stir for few minutes until become porridge.
