USAGE: Bread Spread, Ube Filling, Ube Halo-Halo, For Pastry, Cake and among others. 

INGREDIENTS: Purple Yam Ube Tuber, Non-Dairy Milk, Vanilla & Sugar.

PROCESS: Made of Philippine Grown Purple Yam Tuber that undergo cleaning, peeling steamed to cook, grind into paste, mixed with other ingredients and hot fill.  

SHELF LIFE: Guaranteed shelf life of 12 months, with stability tested up to 18 months when stored in a clean area, dry place at room temperature.
