It is applicable to both Food & Beverage, has plain earthy taste and odor, no sweetener and no flavoring. PURPLE YAM UBE POWDER PURE DEHYDRATED is made from Philippine Origin Premium KINAMPAY UBE Variety with natural vibrant purple color, has around has 200 mesh size powder, containing natural ube flesh & fiber and has natural texture of flesh of ube.
USAGE: Applicable to both Foods & Beverages.
- FOODS LIKE DESSERT, ICE CREAM, CAKE, PANCAKE, BREAD FILLING & PASTRY: Just add three (3) parts of water and one (1) part of UBE Powder then heat to slight cooking while stirring for few minutes until become paste. Then you can add your other ingredients.
- HOT & COLD BEVERAGES LIKE LATTE, SMOOTHIES, SHAKE OR PUREE WITH UBE TEXTURE: Just add two (3) parts of Hot Water to one (1) part of UBE Powder and stir until become soft texture puree. Then add your other ingredient and Crushed Ice or Cubes to make a cold beverage.
