PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: ANDY ALBAO CORPORATION - CocoWonder® PURPLE YAM UBE POWDER PURE STANDARD DEHYDRATED is easy to rehydrates into puree or paste when added with boiling hot water or with slight heating or cooking. It is applicable to both Food & Beverage, has plain earthy taste and odor, no sweetener and no flavoring. PURPLE YAM UBE POWDER PURE STANDARD DEHYDRATED is made from Philippine Origin Standard Variety UBE with deep purple color, has around has 200 mesh size powder, containing natural ube flesh & fiber and has natural texture of flesh of ube.
USAGE/APPLICATIONS:
- FOODS LIKE PUREE, ICE CREAM, HALO HALO, DESSERT, CAKE, PANCAKE, FILLING, TOPPINGS, BAKING & PASTRY: Just add three (3) parts of water and one (1) part of UBE Powder then heat to slight cooking while stirring for few minutes until become puree or paste. Then you can add your other ingredients.
