PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: ANDY ALBAO CORPORATION - CocoWonder® PURPLE YAM UBE POWDER PURE STANDARD DEHYDRATED (Dioscorea Alata) is oven dried, easy to rehydrates into puree or paste when added with boiling hot water or with slight heating or cooking. It is applicable for Food Application, has plain earthy taste and odor, no sweetener and no flavoring. PURPLE YAM UBE POWDER PURE STANDARD DEHYDRATED is made from Philippine Origin Standard Variety Purple Yam UBE with standard purple color, has around 200 mesh size powder, containing natural ube flesh & fiber and has natural texture of flesh of ube.
USAGE / APPLICATIONS:
- FOODS LIKE PUREE, ICE CREAM, HALO-HALO, DESSERT, CAKE, PANCAKE, BREAD SPREAD OR JAM, FILLING, TOPPINGS, BAKING & PASTRY: Just add three (3) parts of water and one (1) part of UBE Powder then heat to slight cooking while stirring for few minutes until become puree or paste. Then you can add your other ingredients.
