PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:  CocoWonder® CREAMED COCONUT is containg dietary fiber, has rich nutty aroma, creamy flavor, and smooth texture, no off taste and odor making it Premium & Quality Export. It's an excellent alternative to coconut milk and cream. CREAMED COCONUT is light thick at warm temperature and become soft solid paste at cold temperature.

USAGES: Creamed coconut is added to Indian, South East Asian and Caribbean recipes to enrich curries and sauces. In the west, it is primarily used in confectionery items, desserts, ice cream, and sauces. Creamed coconut should not be confused with the related coconut cream, which is a liquid extracted from coconut pulp but does not include the coconut pulp itself.

PROCESS: Made from matured coconuts, naturally processed through quick oven drying and grinding into a smooth paste, with no artificial ingredients or additives.

SHELF LIFE: Guaranteed shelf life of 12 months, with stability tested up to 16 months when stored in a clean area, dry place at room temperature. Once opened it last approximately 4 weeks at a room temperature or up to 2 months when refrigerated.
