PURPLE YAM UBE COCONUT JAM POWDER MIX color may vary depending on the UBE TUBER variety, age and during the processing which sometime can be 15% Lighter or Darker. Our PURPLE YAM UBE COCONUT JAM POWDER MIX has No Added Starch, No Added Maltodextrine, No Artificial Vanilla Flavoring.
USAGE: It is ready-mixed that primarily used for Ube Jam, Ube Porrdige, Baking, Pastry, Cake and among others. Just add 3 to 4 part of water to 1 part of UBE, then boil slowly for 5 to 10 minutes and stir from time to time until become soft paste and spreadable jam.
