Our PURPLE YAM UBE FLOUR PURE,is made of Selected Premium Kinampay Variety of Ube whichcontaining natural dietary fiber and natural dried flesh of Ube. Our PURPLE YAM UBE FLOUR PURE has coarse powder that need to cook or lightly boil for few minutes to become soft puree or paste with coarse texture. PURPLE YAM UBE FLOUR PURE color may vary depending on age of ube and during the processing which sometime can be 15% Lighter Color. Our PURPLE YAM UBE FLOUR PURE is not spray dried, no maltodextrin ,no artificial flavoring & coloring.
USAGE: Primarily used for Ube dessert, Ube Jam, Ube Porridge, for bread and pastry baking and among others. Just add 3 to 4 part of water to 1 part of UBE, then boil for 5 to 10 minutes and manually mix from time to time.
