Our PURPLE YAM UBE POWDER COCONUT MIX (NO ADDED SUGAR) has delicious taste and odor and has creamy of coconut, no off taste and odor which classified as Premium & Export Quality. PURPLE YAM UBE POWDER COCONUT MIX (NO ADDED SUGAR) color my vary depending on the UBE TUBER variety, age and during the processing which sometime can be 15% Lighter or Darker. Our PURPLE YAM UBE POWDER PLAIN is Not Spray Dried,  No Added Starch, No Added Maltodextrine, No Sugar, No Milk, No Artificial Vanilla Flavoring & Coloring.    

USAGES: Our PURPLE YAM UBE POWDER PLAIN primarily use as ingredients for Ube Hot Latte,  Ube Cold  Latte, Drinks, Smoothie, Shake, Puree, Ice Cream, Pancakes, Cakes, Pastry and among others.

  • For UBE LATTE HOT DRINKS, just add 2 to 3 part of Boiling Water to 1 part of Ube Powder, then mix and stay for 3 minutes to be soften like watery ube puree. then add you other ingredients of choice. 
  • For UBE COLD DRINKS, just add 2 to 3 part of Boiling Water to 1 part of Ube Powder, then mix and stay for 3 minutes to be soften like watery ube puree. Then add ice, cold water and add your other ingredients of choice. 
  • For UBE SHAKE / PUREE / PASTE, just add 2 to 3 part of Water to 1 part of Ube Powder, then mix and slowly heating to light boiling for 2 to 3 minutes until the texture you want was meet. Then you can add your other ingredients of choice
