PURPLE YAM UBE EXTRACT - Liquid

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: ANDY ALBAO CORPORATION - CocoWonder® PURPLE YAM UBE EXTRACT is liquid type, has natural earthy taste and odor, nutty sweet with vanilla like aroma. The color may vary by approximately ±10% lighter or darker, depending on the age of the ube tuber and processing conditions, which is a natural characteristics of pure ube products.   

USAGE: Primarily used as ingredients to give ube essence when making ube latte, ube drinks, shakes, puree, ice-cream, dessert, jam or spread, for baking of bread, cakes and among others. Just add ample amount depending of your preference   

INGREDIENTS: Purple Yam Ube Tuber, Sugar and Vanilla.

PROCESS: Our PURPLE YAM UBE EXTRACT is made of Philippine Grown Purple Yam Tuber that after cleaning and peeling then undergo naturally process to exract and concentration the natural ube color and essence then added with other ingredients.   

SHELF LIFE: Guaranteed shelf life of 12 months, with stability tested up to 18 months when stored in a clean area, dry place at room temperature.
