Our PURPLE YAM UBE POWDER MIX BEVERAGE color my vary depending on the age of UBE TUBER and during the processing which sometime can be 10% Lighter or 10% Darker.    

USAGES: Our PURPLE YAM UBE POWDER MIX BEVERAGE is primarily use for Ube Hot Latte, Ube Cold Drinks and can be added as ingredients to Smoothie, Shake, Puree, Ice Cream, Pancakes, Cakes, Pastry and among others.
