PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: ANDY ALBAO CORPORATION - CocoWonder® PURPLE YAM UBE POWDER MIX  is Oven Dried, for Food & Beverage Applications, containing natural fiber and natural dried flesh of ube. It has very fine powder that easily become soft puree or paste when added with hot boiled water and lightly stir for 1 minute, but not soluble in cold water when directly applied. Our PURPLE YAM UBE POWDER MIX has natural earthy taste and odor of UBE, has nutty sweet with vanilla like flavor and aroma, no off taste and odor which classified as Premium & Export Quality. PURPLE YAM UBE POWDER MIX color my vary depending on the age of UBE TUBER and during the processing which sometimes ha 15% Lighter Color.  Our PURPLE YAM UBE POWDER MIX is 100% Natural, No Preservatives and No Artificial Flavoring or Coloring.

USERS GUIDE; Since our UBE POWDER is pure, natural, containing dietary fiber and natural flesh of Ube, it cannot be diluted witn low temperature water. Please see below guide how to use. 

• For UBE LATTE HOT DRINKS - Just add 2 parts of Boiling Water to 1 part of Ube Powder, then lightly mix for 1 minutes to be soften like low viscous ube puree. then added you other ingredients of choice. 

• For UBE COLD DRINKS - Just add 2 parts of Boiling Water to 1 part of Ube Powder, then slightly mix for 1 minute to be soften like low viscous ube puree. Then add crushed ice or ice cube, then added your other ingredients of choice. 

• To become PUREE or PASTE - Just add 2 to 3 parts of Water to 1 part of Ube Powder, then slowly heating to slight boiling for 1 minute while stiring until the texture become PUREE or PASTE

• UBE PUREE USAGES - Use for Hot & Cold Beverage such as; Ube Hot or Cold Latte, Smoothies, Shake, Ice Cream and among others.

• UBE PASTE USAGES - use for Baking of Cake, Bread, Pastry and among others.
