PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: ANDY ALBAO CORPORATION - CocoWonder® PURPLE YAM UBE EXTRACT CONCENTRATE is applicable to both Food & Beverages, is made of Premium Variety of Ube with Vibrant color, with natural earthy taste and odor, has natural light sweet and vanilla flavor and aroma, no off taste and odor which classified as Premium & Export Quality. 

USAGE: Primarily use as ingredients to give ube essence when making ube latte, ube drinks, shakes, puree, ice-cream, dessert, jam or spread, for baking of bread, cakes and among others. Just add ample amount depending of your preference.

INGREDIENTS: Purple Yam Ube Tuber, Sugar and Vanilla.

PROCESS: Made of Philippine Grown Purple Yam Tuber that after cleaning and peeling then undergo naturally process to exract and concentration of natural ube color and essence then added with other ingredients.   

SHELF LIFE: Guaranteed shelf life of 12 months, with stability tested up to 18 months when stored in a clean area, dry place at room temperature.
