It is containing natural fiber and has natural texture of flesh of ube, no off taste and odor which Classified and Premium & Export Qualtiy.
USAGE: Widely use in food applications such as filling for bread and pastry, icing on cake, for halo-halo, ice cream, dessert and among others.
