PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: ANDY ALBAO CORPORATION - CocoWonder® PURPLE YAM UBE SAUCE is applicable to both Food & Beverages, is made of Premium Variety of Ube with standard purple to deep purple color which may varies depending of age of Ube Tuber available. It has natural earthy taste and odor, has delicious sweetness with vanilla flavor and aroma, no off taste and odor which classified as Premium & Export Quality.

USAGE: Widey use as dip sauce and sauce dressing for all type of pastry, for baking of bread, cakes, ingredients for desserts, ice-cream. Is also use for Hot & Cold Beverage.

PROCESS: Our PURPLE YAM UBE SAUCE is made of Philippine Grown Purple Yam Tuber  raw materials, that undergo naturally processing along with other ingredients into Ube Sauce.  

SHELF LIFE: Guaranteed shelf life of 12 months, with stability tested up to 18 months when stored in a clean area, dry place at room temperature.
