PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: ANDY ALBAO CORPORATION - CocoWonder® PURPLE YAM UBE POWDER FLAVOR (Dioscorea Alata) is made of Philippine origin Purple Yam Ube which spray dried and primarily use in food and beverage applications and containing very few natural ube flesh and fiber, has standard purple to deep purple color which may vary depending of maturity of Purple Yam Ube Tuber available. It has around 200 mesh size powder that easy to dissolve as instant beverage when added with hot or cold water.  

USAGE: Widely use as flavoring in food and beverages 

INGREDIENTS: Purple Yam Ube Tuber (Dioscorea Alata), Sugar & Vanilla 

PROCESS: Quality Checking of raw materials, washing, peeling, steamed to cook, grinding, juice extraction, mix with other ingredients and spray drying.
