PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: CocoWonder® COCONUT CREAM POWDER is an all-purpose powder with a rich, creamy coconut taste and aroma. It has a white-to-cream color, fine soft texture, no off taste or odor, and no rancidity, making it Premium & Export Quality.

USAGE: COCONUT CREAM POWDER is ideal for dry applications where viscosity control is important. It is excellent for cooking, sauces, ice cream and ice candy, halo-halo and shakes, alcoholic beverages, baking of cakes, bread, pastries, and candies or confectionaries.

PROCESS: Made from selected high-quality matured coconuts, the milk is naturally extracted, blended with other ingredients, and spray-dried to preserve flavor, texture, and nutrients.

INGREDIENTS: Coconut Milk, Tapioca Starch, and Sodium Caseinate.

SHELF LIFE: Guaranteed for 12 months, tested up to 15 months when stored in a clean, dry place at a cool ambient temperature of 15°C to 21°C.
